The Royal Canadian Mint continues to improve and enhance its flagship gold product: the 1oz Gold Maple Leaf coin. This year’s edition has two advanced and important features. Each side displays micro-engraved radial lines, which enhance the coin’s beauty and makes it even more difficult to counterfeit. For added security, the 2017 Gold Maple is struck with a special “DNA” security mark.
